How to install any* Perl module

It’s our 200th article! Installing CPAN modules can be a pain, particularly for users not familiar with the Perl toolchain. To try something different, I’m uploading the article as an image file under creative commons. Feel free to share it, use it, whatever. If you use Perl at your office, maybe print it out for reference. You can download a copy here.
