Paul Kulchenko has over 10 years of experience in design and developing complex financial and banking applications and information management in the financial services sector. Paul, senior system architect in eScout, is responsible for design and architecture of electronic payment system and developing open interfaces for systems that handle transactions between trading partners.

Master in Physics Engineering as well as master (unfinished yet) in banking and financial management, he is experienced in cross-platform development, interface design and application integration. Architect and designer of complex data munging systems that includes integration between internet applications and legacy systems as well as complex data processing using XML, XSLT, and related standards.

Open source developer, member of the Perl Community, author and maintainer of popular SOAP::Lite, module for writing SOAP clients and servers in Perl, and UDDI::Lite, client interface for UDDI repositories.
