Materials Science Xray::Xtal A Perl extension for crystallography data classes -- Xtal.pm was written to be the crystallographic engine of a preprocessor for real-space multiple scattering calculations which requires lists of Cartesian atomic coordinates much like those needed for ball-and-stick figures. Other applications might include powder diffraction or anomalous scattering simulations.
